Penrhys pictures

These images were made as part of my BA dissertation which looked at photographic representation of the Rhondda Valleys. The Community Development team at Trivallis introduced me to Nigel and Sharon at Llanfair Uniting Church in Penrhys who then introduced me to community members. I asked people if they would be interested in going for a walk around the community with me to show me the places and buildings of importance to them which I would then photograph. I undertook community walks with Ash, Jan, Jiwoo, Paul, Sharon and Yasmin. Here are some of the images that we made together.
