Disposable city

I have been observing how much demolition is going on in Cardiff - of homes, industrial units, schools etc. The environmental impact of demolition and building new is huge and when it comes to knocking down homes, there is a massive social impact as communities are dislocated. I aim to document demolition over a number of months in various locations including Channel View estate and Dumballs Road. I will also photograph buildings that are being left in disrepair with demolition planned or becoming inevitable.
